Issue with wins resolution ... please help

Hello world .... i have an NT4 domain that runs the PDC and BDC on NT4, they also act as WINS servers. the network is in 2 locations, 1 in tn and the other in NY .... i have about 20 servers that run win2k and they all resolve great using WINS.

but i have installed a w2003 server now, it resolves to the DNS only, no wins. i have added a manual wins entry for the server, enabled netbios over tcpip. rebooted more times than i can count, and still nothing.

anybody else have this problem, or are there any ideas.

there are no services running on this server except IIS (being that it is an intranet server)
