Hi,

I have a bug here who piss me off. I explain..

Manager 8.1 (65) VM 8.1.1003

When someone call the VM answer. If the person do the 0 he supose to transfert at extention 229 (reception) 1 time at 5 the call just drop or cut if you like.

I have upgrade the system at 8.1 (69) and VM at last version to...

Everything seems look ok since this morning until 16:01... a caller have been drop 2 times with the 0 again...

Don't know what can be the problem... i have trace the call but nothing appears...

Somebody have allready see this problem before ?
 
Analog with Vidéotron
No failover but that cut not on the incomming call route but on the first module when somebody do the 0.
 
Are you routing to a reception group or reception extn?

I suspect the receptionist is on the hone & does not have VM enabled, this is probably the cause.

you need to route to a group with queuing enabled.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
Yes i explain this way to but the night i route the 0 module to a VM module. And that working the most of time, but some time the line just cut off and on XIMA Cradle to crave i see a drop receiving call.
