Issue with Voicemail on new user

I have added a new user to my Norstar with a callpilot 150. The station recieves calls with no issue from both internal and exteral sources. However, the system is not transferring to station mailbox. I have verified that voicemail using the web interface to the call pilot and have deleted the voicemail box and recreated. Is their a step in the station setup that I missed that would not connect the station to the corresponding voicemail?

are you forwarding the ext to the vm dn

You need to go to the Telephone System side of programming

1. F985 to get vmails DN
2. Then go into Admin/Capabilites and Call Foward No Answer to that DN
