Yesterday we had a power outage at the site which hosts our Voicemail pro server. I reconfigured the VPN and it is up but now when I try to log in to voice mail Pro, it shows the IP address of the server but doesn't log in and says <no name> (0.0.0.0). I am attempting to log in locally to the server.

The IP Office is in the other location and the VPN is up---and it was working perfect before. I have OneX Portal on the same server and that is up and can be accessed from the other location.

My voicemail pro won't seem to log in correctly. Any suggestions?

Or in a customer's case that I recently ran into, the Preferred License was present, but the Essential License was missing. Preferred requires Essential be present to function!

After 90 days the phone system got rebooted and went to lock out!

That was fun! :/
