Can not access voicemail via web manger on ucm module upgraded to 10.1 via port 7071
 
And with that amount of information we could say "can not really help you".

What do you mean by "access voicemail via web manager" - voicemail server preferences in web manager/launch the VMPro client?

What happens when you try to "access voicemail via web manager"?

Which web manager is this - the IP500 V2's or the UCM's?

Is the voicemail still working (recording messages, allowing users mailbox access)?

Can the Voicemail Pro client connect?



Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
