Issue with transferring with SIP trunks

Hi All,
I have a unify x3 with some gamma sip trunks,
They are working fine for incoming and outgoing calls however only some of the time when the users try to transfer to a different handset the call cuts off, I am unsure if there is maybe something I have configured incorrectly, kit is V2 R2.2 - hope this helps,
