Issue with Symposium and IVR

hey everyone... we have a somewhat complex setup which ties in our switch (81c) , Symposium and a stand alone IVR.

This has been working fine for the longest time and stopped working yesterday.

When i do a stat of the cards that handle this here is what i see. I would think if i can get those units logged in then we can make this work. I have tried resetting SU 116 which dropped all 7 cards associated with it but this did not log those ports back in. The tech that set this all up currently can not be reached so we are really scrambling.

Any suggestions?

00 = UNIT 00 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
01 = UNIT 01 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
02 = UNIT 02 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
03 = UNIT 03 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
04 = UNIT 04 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
05 = UNIT 05 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
06 = UNIT 06 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
07 = UNIT 07 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
08 = UNIT 08 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
09 = UNIT 09 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)
10 = UNIT 10 = IDLE (L500 LOG OUT)

Try rebooting your Symposium system.
Before doing that, go into LD 48 and..

STAT ELAN

You should see something like..

>LD 48
LNK000
.STAT ELAN

SERVER TASK: ENABLED
ELAN #: 016
APPL_IP_ID: 10 .8 .8 .12 LYR7: ACTIVE EMPTY APPL ACTIVE
ELAN #: 017 DES: elan17
APPL_IP_ID: 10 .8 .8 .28 LYR7: ACTIVE EMPTY APPL ACTIVE

If you can't see your Symposium or Call Pilot's correct IP address, then reboot that application. IP 0.0.0.0 means it's not on line. You can also try to ping it in LD 117 via e.g ping 10.8.8.28 etc.

Can you ping the IP address? I can't see the IP address in your last reply. Only IP HERE

If you have an old Symposium system, then check the services section as some og them will stop it from working.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
 
Your IVR system should log your ports in. You might need to reboot it or run a command from it to log the ports in.
