Hi Everyone,

We expect an issue and try to find a solution. Maybe someone here have allready see this problem.

We have a freePBX in a Bunker with a SIP Binding from our provider.

In the FreePBX we have program a trunk from the FreePBX to our avaya phone system.
In the FreePBX all the DID is program and assign to the trunk INFO Telecom.

The most of time everything work fine. But sometime the call go directly to the Surecall (Overflow in case of failure).

Not a licence problem and we have enough channel from the provider and in the freePBX.

I attach a trace from the provider.

If someone have an idea let me know !

You only get a SIP 100 Trying from the destination so after 10 seconds the originator sends a CANCEL.

Yes that exactly what i expect. Now i looking a way to modify this 10 second...

What system do you wanna do that in?
Which system are you calling to?

The timeout seems to occur when the provider (ThinkTel) is waiting for the FreePBX to complete the call between itself and the Avaya IP500.

So you need to trace on the IP Office and see what happens there, this is an IP Office forum after all.

I have trace all the call by the monitor and no trace from my call in the IP Office monitor...

That tell me the never pass the FreePBX ? Also i will see a trace for a trying in the monitor of the IPO Right ?

If it hit the system it would show something in monitor. If you see nothing, then it's not even getting as far as the IP Office :)

You don't see anything as well if SIP trunks are disabled... Same with SIP Endpoints...
