I'm geting a

Faulting application nicm1ivr.exe, version 4.0.0.0, faulting module niccomm.dll, version 4.1.7.0, fault address 0x00005f5c.

I can use some of the applets in the client (users, access classes, statistics configs...), but when I do Switch Resources or Scripting Skillsets, etc... the application blows up. Does any know of a memory or DLL conflict?

Usually when I see this its because the Client Version doesn't match the Server version of the software.

Check the PEP's you have on both the server and the client software. Its usually that the client doesn't have its "SU" patches loaded.

Also I've seen PEP's installed on clients that shouldn't be there... like DMS PEP's on an M1 system.

Do you use the client version 4.01.07 rev 6 ?
This rev. will work correct with Win XP.
