All of the sudden, my local calls, both in and out, go fast busy. Not always, but about 75% of the time. The circuit isn't full, and my LD PRI's work just fine. I tried swapping the PRI cards and re-setting the switch, but the problem continued. Of course my telco claims that nothing has changed on their end as well. They say the switch is sending back a number not found error and dumping the call.

Anyone have a similar issue?

Thanks!

I have had a simular problem and t/s 1/2 day on the issue. You need to dump the memory from the ISDN by Physically power down the system and perform a cold restart. Resetting the PRI or System does not dump the memory from the ISDN. Try is and let us know if that fixed it.

Would powering down each cab at the power supply be a cold-start. Or do I need to do more than that, like pulling the batteries?

No, just shut down each PIM's power switch and then the CPU PIM last. Then Reverse it to power back on. CPU PIM 1st, then follow the PIMS up. When that is complete the ISDN should work properly (hopefully). Have you completed any programming changes lately?

Well, no change. Thanks for the idea though.

The last programming chnage was a new hunt group.
