Issue with port not have comunication Switch 3750X

Hi, I have a problem

I have a Switch 3750x, the computer has 3 vlans and operates correctly, today I present a fault, I have a domain of windows and a sevridor dhcp.

In 4 ports in specific the users that had operating stopped working, had no communication and I gave a shutdown to the interface but they still do not work, to change to those 4 users of switch works normal, someone could tell me to what is o It has happened, the switch does not make mistakes.

The interface on switch, the status is UP UP connected

Got a scrubbed config? Are the users in the same VLAN or different VLANs? Did this work before?
