Issue with PLDS Host ID

I am trying to upload a PLDS license and get the following error "The host ID of branch system and host ID present in the uploaded file are different"

I have checked multiple times and the Host ID on the PLDS license file is exactly the same as the system PLDS Host ID. We have even re-generated the license and still get same error.

What could be the problem and whats the solution?

Sounds like the system could be pointed to a Web LM server for licensing...

You verified that the .xml file you are uploading has the same host ID listed inside it?
