I am sending multiple automated emails per day to myself and coworkers (we are all field techs and carry Blackberrys). I use mapisend and the Click Yes application. It works great and the emails have become an invaluable tool. The problem is I suspect soon IT will decide that Click Yes is a security risk and take it away (we are soon loosing all admin privileges).

Can anyone suggest any other method of automated notification?

Any help is appreciated!

Rob

Does Click Yes require admin rights to install (been awhile since I've looked at it)? I would think the best course would be to get your manager to talk to someone in IT about how much this benefits you and your coworkers and have them carve out an exemption for it.

Thanks. I'm not sure about the admin rights... I just tought it would.
