Issue with Dialing Toll-Free Number 1800 from H.323 Extension

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with dialing the toll-free number 1800XXXXXXX from an H.323 extension. Strangely, the call connects successfully when I redial the same number. However, the toll-free number works well when dialed from a SIP extension. Here are the details of the problem:

I am dialing 0-1800XXXXXXX from the H.323 extension, where 0 is my prefix in the short code.
The call does not connect at the same time, but it connects without any issues from the SIP extension and when I redial the same number from the H.323 extension.
This issue is specific to one toll-free number, as the rest of the toll-free numbers are functioning properly.

The call that connects is using a different channel from the one that fails. It may be as simple as a mismatch between number of configured channels, licensed channels and purchased channels. In this case it looks likes its the far end (your ISP) that saying it can't handle the failed called (though that really should be cause code 34).

Check that all the numbers for channels purchased, licensed and configured match up.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
Hey, I tried the same but it is not working. I tryed almost all the short codes. Call is getting connected after redial but not working when i am dialing.
