Hi,
An end user has a non-acd hunt group (h10) set up as DDC group type. Calls come in on the hunt group extension and go to a coverage path where each of the 6 points in the path covers back to the original hunt group after 2 rings each. The end user is complaining that even although DDC is set up and it hits the first agent correctly as it should, once the call moves to the second person in the hunt group, it still continues to notify the first phone as well as ringing the second, however once the call moves to the 3rd person in the group there is no notification on the 2nd persons phone. Some of the stations have a shared port with One-X but I can't imagine this would affect anything. Bridged appearances aren't the issue either. I want to say this is working by design but looking for some clarity please.
