Hello everyone,
Has anyone come across an issue in R9 where users of the D160 wireless phones outbound calls that are ringing are being aborted or hijacked by inbound ringing calls? We have a customer who was running R9.0.2 who complained of the issue. I upgraded them to R9.0.4 but the problem is still happening. We can duplicate it like clockwork when using the D160 sets but the problem does not happen when using 9806 sets. So to put it plainly, if you pickup the sip dect wireless phone and make an outbound call, if the call is still ringing while an inbound call is coming in, then the outbound call will disconnect and the inbound call will start ringing on the wireless phone. It happens every time, but again it doesn't happen when using 9608 sets. Any ideas if this is a bug or what could be causing the problem?
Thank you,
