Hello,

We had to do some painting around where our main phone was plugged in, which is a M7324-03 with (2) additional KLM CAP's (PN: A0350411) attached. After plugging it back in, all the CAP's lost their programming. Is this normal, and how can we easily fix it?

Our receptionist says she has tried reprogramming the buttons, but they keep "losing" their programming information.

Could anyone offer any advice on this?

Thank You,

Bruce

Thanks, Curlycord! I appreciate your insight. Can you also recommend a good refurbish company that is reputable?

Best Regards,

Bruce
