Hi Everyone,
I'm having an issue with Coverage answer groups.
I'm in a Hospital setting and in the ER when the EMT need a doctor for advice we have a main number Virtual # 1900 that goes to a Cover Answer Group that has 2 numbers 1715 and 1901
Phone A= 1715x3 Bridge appearance # 1901 x3
Phone B= 1901x3 Bridged Appearance # 1715 x3

They want these phones not to dial out so transferring or Conf cant be used
We cant use MDA feature because calls need to be recorded

When a call comes in. Both 1715&1901 rings
Lets say 1715 picks up the call and needs primary 1901 to take the call the bridged appearance 1715 on primary 1901 does not show a call on 1715.

When you call directly (in house it works fine). I even tried to add a BLF on the phone to see if it will show a Off hook condition and it does. Any Ideas or maybe a better approach? Thanks !!!

If I remember correctly, I don't think calls answered via a coverage answer group work the same on Bridged Appearance buttons.
What your may be able to do is change 1900 from a virtual station to something else so you can add a few bridged appearance buttons of 1900 on the 2 stations.
