ISSUE ON SIMPHONY WHILE INSTALLING R&A

Dear Professionals,

I am trying to install Simphony 2.9 but facing challenge while installing R&A.
Throwing me an error - Error applying scripts: com.zerog.ia.api.pub.FatalInstallException: Failed writing sql - java.lang.NullPointerException

Can some one help and guide me to overcome and proceed further.
