Hello,

I have a CAllPilot ver 3.0 on Communication Server Rls 4.0 and I have an issue with time on callpilot. When I receive a message on my telephone and I want to listen the message, after I loggin into my voicemail box, I don't hear the time and the date when the message was sent; it is silent.

Somebody could help me please?

in the user mailbox, remove the mark beside shortpromts, in the setup field. you can press 72? to here the envelope with short prompts on.

Another issue regarding the callpilot would be the prompts. The customer want to change the woman voice, they don't like "the person from extension.....please leave a message after the tone".
How can I cange this prompt and add a customization prompt?

Take a look at the CP quick reference guide. You can set up a personal greeting and even differensiate on internal and external callers...

Hi again,

I looked to change the message prompt "Mailbox number xxxx, Please leave a message after the tone" but I can't find a way to change this prompt.

Can anybody help me?

remove the notify caller of a busy line, record greeting, int and external.. a recent problem was a spanish mailbox, the setup went to spanish, the greetings were spanish but the notify user was english.. the user needed to record all possible options in spanish.. guess she didn't like my espanya'll...my spell check can't fix that one

Hi,

I remove "the notify caller of a busy line", but without effect and then I removed "Play answering instruction prompts" and in this moment the prompt "Mailbox number xxxx, Please leave a message after the tone" disapeared.

Another issue regarding this prompt is on "Express messaging". A made an application in Application builder with 2 options:
1 - for message (Express meessaging to mailbox xxxx)
2 - for to be transfer to reception. (call transfer to reception DN).
If I press 2 it's Ok and if press 1 after the welcome messaje I HAVE THE SAME MESSAGE "Mailbox number xxxx, Please leave a message after the tone". How can I remove this message?
