Hi

I am trying to see what patches and PEPS we have on our system and when i do mdp issp in ld 143 i get

SYSTEM HAS NO IN-SERVICE PEPS

Does this mean we have no patches or peps installed?

what do you get when you do issp @ the REQ: prompt in ld 22?

If your not having any problem's and everything works fine, Your not missing anything. Leave it alone.

We are getting multiple bug msg's and aud msg's it seems to be getting worse, i read a post from john poole and he mentioned these msg's are like your wife you can only ignore them for so long before they bite you in the a$$.

I am a great fan of "if it aint broke dont fix it"

What are the BUG/AUD Msg's. Have you looked them up to see what they are pointing at?

Patches and PEP's may not be your problem.

TN in CR does not have pointer to this CR. TN in CR cleared. CR
information and progress mark output.

AUD0028
Call Register (CR) has no pointer to it. The CR has been released. No
action required. Output: CR information, TN and progress mark


AUD0370
Data base of Server {VAS ID} cannot be audited. The Command and Status
Link to the Server is disabled. {VAS ID} Note: parameters in decimal.

BUG0195
BLOCK_PTR could not be found in specified queue. Procedure REMOVE

BUG0266
ACTIVECR points to a call register that is in the IDLE queue.
Please contact technical support group.
Severity: Major

and err095 which i have read in the forum can be fixed with patch which led me to this.

Nortel's Succession software is patch dependant, have your vendor install your Deplist for you, a good tech would have had that completed already!
