I'm tired of explaining to my customers that I can't make a console and an IP set ring at the same time.
This is really starting to look like a money grab by Mitel where they require the customer to purchase a Console at $$$$ instead of a lesser IP phone that would work just as well.
The SX-200 has had Sub-Att functions ever since I can remember. Does Superset 3DN/4DN mean anything to anyone out there? We're talking 20 years or more.
I can't stand the DCR process as I can't justify the financials on my own. I simply do not have the client base.
It's soooooo frustrating!!!!
Anyone else feel as I do?
