ISL Error

Hi All,

will TLS version changes affect ISL file?. We have a problem when updated to TLS 1.2 in our webserver the transaction is not going through in micros pos, if you stick to older versions TLS 1.0 or 1.1 it will work fine, I have checked the logs and it's saying unable to send (caused WebException [SendFailure]: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send). The communication to the third party is through SIM interface and via ISL file, any idea where could be the issue.

I'm a little lost but is this a gift card payment you are trying to process ? If so who is the GC provider.

It's not a Gift Card transaction it is basically tap and pay using beacons with the help of an app. For the payment processing Micros has created an ISL file and an exe, the communication is happening through SIM interface. And once we open the cfg file after running the .exe file you will get to enter the track values and api details same as the gift card.
