ISERROR OR ISNA with VLOOKUP

Greetings,

I'm attempting to use either ISERROR or ISNA with VLOOKUP to lookup data and replace the #N/A with some charchter in the same cell, but if it tests false report the original VLOOKUP formula in that cell. What's happening is in my formula, I receive an error when I have the charachter I'd like to show in the formula.
