isdx forwarding problem

I have a Siemens isdx running 6.1 software, I have an extension that I cannot undivert. This extension has an unusual feature (to me) that I haven't seen before..

Stuck in Divert
IE II 319 BE BI RE RI 430

Ok I put the message in to alert others, the bit I haven't seen before is the "IE II 319" bit.

I have tried RFD but that only affects the "BE BI RE RI 430" divertion - as I would expect.

Does anyone know how to remove this forwarding?

I've tried ##9 at the extension, ##0# etc etc etc.

Used the RID command.
