ISDN trace on SV9300

Contact your vendor and have them work it through with NEC NTAC. ISDN traces are usually done with NTAC for unusual issues.

we need to trace signalling for installation stage to check what was wrong when connect SV9300 with PSTN . without traced information we dont know how should to do on system for correct setting on ISDN trunks configuration.

The attached document is the procedure to install ISDN/PRI circuit into an SV8300/9300 system. Maybe this will help. I do not know how to perform a trace. I always did that with the assistance of NEC NTAC.

thanks pro ! i need to trace ISDN signalling by myself. I worked with Alcatel OXE many times, they supported this. and i worked with SV9100 slso, i could traced by DIM tool
