I'm using my TS250 fluke meter to test ISDN. I programmed my SPID for channel A and B then called my test set from another DN. My test set rang when I called both SPIDs; does this prove that my ISDN line is working? Are there other tests, say BERT, that prove further? I'm guessing if it works it works and I can just hand it over to the section that is going to use the four pair for video-conferencing.

Yes it is working
