isdn/spid/hunt

i have a customer who uses only isdn/bri he has 2 circiuts/4 spids that hunt"i am not on site" this works fine ..he added 2 more circuits for 2 800 numbers eeach 800 # points to a circuit with 2 spids ...wont hunt verizon said it needs to be wired to work they dont control a hunt....any ideas???????????? of course its a norstar........ mics 1.1
