ISDN PRI installation on Option61

Hi!

Any help on how to install and ISDN PRI 2mb on an Option 61, not a 'C'. We have an existing DTI 30 channels.

What type of ISDN 2MB card do we need and what software package must be used, we are using a rls. 23.37.

You could use a DPRI card (Dual PRI, NTCK43 with a DCH daughter Board (NTBK51), Software packages depend on which protocol you will be using 146 PRA, 261 EuroISDN, 263 QSIG, 305 QSIG-GF, 316 QSIG-SS.

One other thing, can a MIRAN work on an Option 61 and what package is requred?

A MIRAN Card will work in an Option 61, in a IPE shelf, requires Package 7 RAN and Package 44 Music.

Make sure that the DCH daughter is an NTBK51AA or NTBK51CA dual DCH daughter board. The NTBK51BA only has a single DCH, and is used in small systems.
