We have a G3R12 with two recently added ISDN-PRI outside ciruits. There are 4 remotes (Prologix @ R10) connected via point to point T1's.

Caller ID info (#) comes in fine to the main site, and when list trace TAC # for the remote ends T1 shows the caller id digits are making it to the sites. Stations in the remote buildings are not receiving the caller ID Info. Confirmed all trunks have SEND NAME SEND NUMBER @ "Y" a list trace of the station shows NO CPNAME NO CPNUMBER although as mentioned I can see it coming in on the trunk.

I'm guessing there is an option I'm missing somewhere, but I'm lost after a few hours of playing. Ideas?

Just a guess.... but on the same trunk page do you have "Send connected number" flagged to "Y" ?

Thanks,

The trunk page has 3 of them..

Send name
Send calling number
Send Connected number

all of them flagged to Y?

Just taking a guess as I truthfully don't know the exact effect other than what the label seems to imply.

Thanks,
