Hello,

Got a 61C, and at least once a week 3 of the same isdn lines go to release. this is what i get when i am notified they are inoperable:

LD 32
REQ: STAT 24 0 15

SW DSL L2 #TEI L1
== == == == ==
00 = IDLE LINE RLS 0 UP
01 = IDLE LINE RLS 0 UP
02 = IDLE LINE RLS 0 UP

Then I bounce the loop:
REQ: DISL 30

REQ: ENLL 30 (sometimes FDL)

REQ: STAT

SW DSL L2 #TEI L1
== == == == ==
00 = IDLE LINE ESTA 2 UP
01 = IDLE LINE ESTA 2 UP
02 = IDLE LINE ESTA 2 UP

Then they come right up. What could be the cause of them going down?

Thanks!
Nick

you could have a bad card, what happens when you try to use them prior to bringing them back up?

The lines are used for Video Teleconference, the equipment apparently says its not talking.

If it were a bad card, would it be the line card (UILC) or the loop card (MISP) or could it be either?

You could try and cycle the 'Applicaton Level' on the MISP

Line BRIL
Trunk BRIT

.LD 32
.DISL BRIL X (MISP/Loop)
.ENLL BRIL X (MISP/Loop)

Cheers!!
