hello all - quick question. we use ISDN as a backup if the frame goes down at any of our 40+ locations. ISDN kicks off auto so it is transparent to the site. We are spending way too much on ISDN per month it seems now. Just wondering what all of you are doing if you have the same problem? I guess what I am asking is how are you tracking usage of ISDN. We are looking at trying to get a credit from the frame carrier? Any info is appreciated.

I would recommend not havin an auto fall back, it can be a bit of a pain to enable fallback manual when reqd. but at least you have a warning thet the main connection is down & can report the problem
