ISDN Caller ID and Name info Option 11 rls23 ???

Gents I have an option 11 with rls 23.
I want to provide Caller ID with Name availability.
I am currently recieving the number information and want to verify that I can recieve the Name information as well.

I thought this capability has been available since rls 18 but am not sure that my vendor is capable of configuring it properly. I have the information being sent from the carrier as far as tha carrier says.
Carrier is the new ATT. Formerly Bell South.

What exactly would I have to have setup and in place for this to work properly.
Please itemize protocols setup and PBX configuration so that I could verify truly what I need and what I am getting.

do you have a d channel on your T-1?? more importantly, do you have a T-1?

Yes I have A d channel. The PRI is up and I am only recieving number data. CO states that I am getting name info. I need to know if the Release supports what I need.
