is it possible to extend terminal equipment SILC to a Fiber remote?

We are in the process of trying to replace Verizon BRI for VTC with the 81C. Understand I need the MISP, and SILC. But in reading I also notice that they talk about clocking. and I see a cable in the diagram going from the Clock controller to the SILC.

Does this mean it's impossible to extend the BRI to the Fiber remote?

I have looked more into the docs on this issue.

Currently our 81C has 4 pri's, and no ISDN BRI's. We have a Polycom VTC with Verizon BRI's direct. We would like to drop Verizon and add the VTC to our 81C.

Thus far I believe I can add 1 MISP in the Main System, and 1 SILC in the fiber remote.

If i follow this path, will I be able to route VTC calls in and out my existing PRI's as I think I can. Or, do I need to bring the existing BRI's into the 81C to support this?

If anyone has already done this, I would love to hear from you.

Have seen SILC and UILC BRI lines working on Fiber Remote Multi-IPE.
The clock cable you were seeing would only be for a BRI trunk which is not what you are doing.
