ISA SERVER URL BLOCKING / FILTERING

Hi all.
Does anyone know how to implement URL filtering on ISA server to prevent users from accessing certain undesirable web sites?
ISA is configured as a proxy with a single NIC (users have direct NAT access to the net but have their browsers pointed to the ISA server proxy).

I know there are third party apps that plug in to ISA server, but I am not able to go this route.

I think you want to block all sites within a category? I.e., all porn sites and not just ones that you enter individually via sites and content? If this is the case I you will need to buy in third party software such as Websense, surf control.
