ISA Server Installation Question

After installing ISA 2004 Enterprise Edition, I am unable to ping the server. However, from the server console and can ping other servers/workstations just fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

Crate and allow rule from the internal to the localhost with protocol ping. this allow to ping the host
then create and allow rule from localhost to internal with ping protocol

hope its helps.
