I am running a windows 2000 server standard edition with isa server 2000 standard in firewall mode. Isa dials in for me with my adsl modem. The server itself cannot open any http pages while all other computers connected to the network with DHCP or fixed IP can do anything.
I have tried with and without ICS. Does anyone have an clue how to solve this issue.

Thank you

Timo

Timo,

You need to set IE on the ISA server to be a web proxy client.

Go to internet properties->connections->lan settings->advanced and check "Use a proxy server..." and enter your server's internal ip address.

I tried that. That was my very first assumption as well. No such luck. I tried the servername and the internal IP address.

When I made the above change it worked for me.
