Hi.

I installed Small Business Server 2000 at a client site. They are using ISA server to access the Internet and Email via a dial up connection over modem.

I have the DUN entry to disconnect after 5 minutes inactivity.

The dial up connects rarely and when it does, works fine for a few minutes but will disconnect after a random period of time.

It happens with several ISPs.

Have I done something wrong or missed something?

ANy advice much appreciated.

Hola!

Aren´t you losing your route table?
I suggest you to take a look in Q244268.

May sound weird, but...

Tell me if works!

Regards,

Kyuss

let me ask you another question:
Do you have a internal DNS server?
Have ever checked when the problem happens if your DNS server is up and running?

Let me tell you why:
I am having to restart my services (Firewall & Connection) every day, 'cause my connection simply stops working. The tray icon stands up, but no navigation!
