Hi!

Does anyone know if it is the correct procedure that ISA services must be restarted after adding or removing a user from the "Internet Users" group? If I have "User A" and "User B" in the "IU" account" and remove "User B", "User B" can still get internet access at their workstation until I restart the ISA Services. If I add "User C" into the "IU" group, then they cannot get internet access until I restart the service again.

Is this correct?

Thanks for any help!

A better way to manage this might be to have an Internet group in Active Directory, and allow that group rather than individual users. Then just add and remove users from the security group. This way you won't be monkeying with ISA just to add/remove a user.

Actually, relooking at your subject, maybe you're already doing this. ???
