ISA - ISA VPN issue

I have a network where two corporate offices have the following configs:

192.168.200.0/24----ISA2000====(Internet)====ISA2000----200.1.1.0/24

There is a CompanyA_CompanyB VPN and a CompanyB_CompanyA vpn, both connect on demand and stay up.

Problem: I can ping Company B servers from Company A Servers, but not the other way around. A tracert from Company B's servers to Company A servers shows:

Tracert CompanyA-Server
Reply B-ISA
Reply A-ISA

The return tracert is fine

Tarcert CompanyB-Server
Reply A-ISA
Reply B-ISA
Reply CompanyB-Server

I think that packets are trying to return down the other VPN tunnel when communications are initiated from CompanyB, but it't just a hunch. Any ideas anyone - I'm stuck.

They're all spot on - as are the routing tables... That's the odd thing.
