ISA features?

We are about to move from NT4 to 2003 and with it move from Proxy 2 to ISA, I have a few questions about ISA.

Can users be put into global groups and then different bandwidth throttle settings and filter settings applied to the groups?

Can certain features be banned i.e. Streaming Media?

Also do stations require CAL’s or is it just the server licence required?

Yes if you use the Firewall client and enable web authentication, Yes to #2, Only the server license for #3.
