On any of the computers on the network. When anyone
including the admins try to download anything. Durring the
download process the download will say it is complete,
befor a complete tranfer of all of the files and ends the
download process. Which means you only downloand part of a
file,No error message was given

All files where download from the internet, all files
transferred with in the network work normally, this happens
on all machines in the network that try to download from
the internet
This happens on any files that are more than a few Kbs its
like the download just times out and you are stuck with
what you got. To get around this we have to download the
files using ftp.

I have tried to download files using a dialup account and
it works fine but slow, but that's a dialup for you.

I think somthing in setup wrong in HTTP settings

We are using a Windows 2000 as a domain controller

I need help with this it's a major problem. I have been
beating my head against a wall here for weeks over this.

I have exactly the same problem, have you found any solution? now I have to use a laptop to connect to internet directly to do the downloads! I'm struggling with this problem. any help is greatly appreciated.

I have had the same problems when I installed SP4 on my ISA box. I had to rebuild the whole server from the ground up and only took it to SP3, and now it works fine.
