ISA and FTP Download Access Question

I am running ISA 2004 and users are having a problem downloading ftp files using IE. They are able to connect to the FTP site but when they drag and drop the file they recieve the following error:

"An Error Occured While Copying the File"

Pretty generic error message, and nothing appears in the server log or the clients log.

Any info. is appreciated.

i am having the same problem. even though i allow the FTP protocol?? i have no idea... i would like some help on this too..

The only fix that worked for me was to make sure the msp client was installed on the workstation. After that ftp downloads were golden.
