Hi there,

I am having a problem with Publishing OWA with ISA 2004. I have done the certificates and can do an HTTPS connection from my ISA server to the OWA site without the security dialogue box popping up. However when I try and access the OWA through ISA from the Internet I get an incorrect username and password message. I am wondering if this has anything to do with the fact that we are running Exchange with a Virtual Server on an Active/Passive Cluster and the Default Web Site in IIS has been replaced by Exchange Virtual Server.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I can access the OWA via an access rule from localhost to the Exchange Server, this brings up the standard login prompt. Is there something that needs to be changed on the Exchange Web Site authentication when using Forms Based Authentication.

I am going to try publishing the exchange server with Integrated Authentication first before using the FBA.

Has anyone got this working?

Are you gettnig to the form based authetication from the internet to your exchange box?

Have you opened up the correct port 443?

if you are being prompted i think you may need to try this format:

domain\username
password
