Guys heres my plan,
I want to use windows 2000 ISA server for my local clients
inside my network(secured) and i am planning to put up a web server connected as DMZ1(unsecured) and will be firewalled by a cisco ios router for internet gateway

I want all my LAN clients to go direct to the webserver if they want to access my Local webserver and goto ISA server if they to browse the internet. I want outsiders to browse my webserver securely without breaking in inside my secured network.

Help me pls. Where shall I start? what else do i need?

collete,

You can put your firewall on ISA or Cisco box with mapping a private range IP to a public IP and giving permission to certain ports.

In ISA see server publishing and in Cisco follow the command below:
ip nat inside source tcp source xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx [port #] yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy [port #] extendable

Good luck
