Is voice recording possible with LG Aria 300? 3

Hi,

Today boss asked me if its possible to record some conversations on his extension by his demand. He wants to press a button and record whenever he need. I told him that I will make a research and asking here. Is it possible? If yes how?

Only with external equimpment, like Verint or vice versa.
Can be run in parallel with CO trunks.

Is there a VMIBE (Voice Mail Interface Borad) fitted to the system ?
There is a TwoWay Record feature - but would need to have hardware and a keyset to use the feature..

there was also a daughter board with usb lead that fitted to 16/24 button keyset that plugged into pc and you could record calls from that station to pc

if you buy vmibe card you can record calls by pressing button. bossman must have digital keyset with button programmed. however you can not get file off card to email etc

If you buy the VMIB you also get:
Greeting for main number and groups.
Voice Mail function.
IVR - Menu choices , i.e. press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Services.
So in general, the VMIB is a very good investment!
