Is this the correct processor/mobo combination 1

I want to double check before I order this and my brain is fried for the day, so help me out here. Does this processor go with this mobo. They both say "socket 939", so I'm thinking that it's correct.

I always follow through/up - it's one of my strong points. Thanks. For billing - just charging diagnostic time of 2 hours, even though I actually spent 4 hours on this little monster. He's getting the old hardware back - mobo/processor and I'm selling the new mobo/processor on Ebay tonight.

I should have tried removing everything and I'm really ticked at myself for not doing that. Lesson learned......... the hard way.
