Hi, I am new to sharepoint and I am wondering if it is possible to modify the standard "Upload Document page" to include two spots to upload an english and french document?

Aren't you just uploading an additional document? Just create another column for attachments.

Yes, but it would need to be from the same page so that the user will not have to go to two places to upload the documents. Is this possible?

I guess it's not possible but you could just select "Multiple files" and upload the two documents at one time.
