Is this normal for all these Quality of Service errors. I have a AT&T IP flex sip trunks with a dedicated port on the AT&T box going to my Lan2 of IP office. We are having voice quality issues even on digital phones connected to the IP office. This is Version 11 FP4 latest build as of last week.

AT&T wants call logs of each call number called etc to look at this incoming and outgoing
I think is is a data issue not a phone number issue

IP Office is not the most reliable when it comes to reporting the QOS issues, is anyone complaining of voice quality issues? If not ignore them. I have seen 99% packet loss and not had any complaints, with that number the call would not work.

Thanks I know years ago it was not reliable and I was hoping they fixed it all these years later.
I wanted to ask the experts before I waste countless hours with AT&T

Yes we are having voice issues and we have had no lines available. Try again in a few minutes and it works. Of course AT&T says the have no issues
So now I have no way of diagnosing. I have had voice issues on digital phones connected to same IP office 500 v2 wit these sip trunks to a dedicated AT&T box not over the internet
