im trying to set up a 9608 as a VPN phone but cant get the 9608 phone to download the files needed? at the moment we have an 8.1.43 IP500v2. I also have a couple of 4621swip VPN phones that are working great! I just cant get the 9608 to turn into a VPN phone? do I need to download any files for that or do they come in any of the 9.0 releases and up???
